Structure:
The property will be traditionally constructed in brickwork typical of the area.

Roof coverings will be interlocking tiles.

All walls will be traditional cavity construction using high insulation blocks. Floors will be suspended beam and block.

Wall tiles above kitchen worktops. Bathroom and en-suite to be tiled half height to all walls (approx 1100mm high), full height in shower cubicles. Tiled floor to kitchen.
Heating:
Gas fired wet system with thermostatic valves to radiators.
Specialist systems:
The property will be pre-wired for the future installation of an alarm system.
Electrics:
Recessed light fittings to kitchen. Distribution of power sockets. Low energy light fittings to meet current regulations.
Garages:
Power and light provided. Metal up and over doors.
External Lighting:
Coach lanterns to various points around the property.
